Users are assigned one or more Roles that define the tasks they can perform in the system such as the ability to approve domestic payments. Within each role, additional Permission Settings specify the division a role is applicable to and the attributes a user is entitled to while performing a task, e.g. what accounts can be selected to fund a payment. To view the additional settings, click on the Settings icon.
An "attribute" is an account, loan, term deposit, billing entity, Confidential Data Group, approval discretion, payment purpose (standard or payroll) or contract.
Each available product family has it's own roles that can be assigned to users. The below example shows a user with multiple roles across multiple product families.
This user has the following roles:
Loans Reporting for Loans
Service Requests - View for Cash Management
Reporting Officer for Commercial Cards under a separate Division
All Entitlements for Cash Management which gives the user access to payments, receivables, balance and transaction reporting and term deposit reporting
Two Administration roles:
Customer Admin: can manage user permissions for all users except for those who have a Commercial Cards role
User Administration: can manage user permissions for users who have a Commercial Cards role
Administration Roles
All users with an Administration role need a security device
An Administration role is assigned to a user by ANZ and the user is ANZ Managed
If your organisation has both Cash Management and Commercial Cards, your Administrators need to have one Cash Management Administration role plus one Commercial Cards Administration role in order to be able to view and manage all users
Commercial Cards Administrators can only manage Commercial Cards users where they have Billing Entity entitlements equal to or greater than the user

Cash Management Roles
Users can be assigned one or more Cash Management roles
A security device is required for users who get a rate for cross-currency transfers and international payments, who are the final payment or direct debit approver or who approve service requests
There are seven Cash Management system roles that can be assigned to users. If required, a custom role can be created with a combination of permissions for payments, receivables, balance and transaction reporting and term deposit reporting. Refer to Create Role for more information.
If a user with a Cash Management role is Company Managed, they are managed by a Customer Administrator or Division Administrator
