Provide More Information for Service Request

Geography: This article is applicable for ANZ Transactive - Global customers banking in Australia and New Zealand. Full details are available in Features by Geography.

For selected service requests you may be asked for further information to action your request. This is applicable for service requests in a More Information Required status. To provide the information or documentation, follow the steps below.

  • You must have the appropriate permissions to provide more information for the service request
  • You will receive an email each time a service request status changes
STEP ACTION
1 Click Service Requests menu, and then click your preferred sub-menu option to view the screen
2 Search the service requests on screen by using Search or Filter:
  • Click Search on the Control Bar to display the search criteria fields and search by Request Status and select More Information Required.
  • Use Filter on the Control Bar. Enter criteria into request status text boxes that are under each column heading and type More Information Required to display matching records.
RESULT: The service requests that are in a More Information Required status will be displayed
3 Click on the service request in the list 
4 Click Add new comment / attachment at the bottom of the page
5 Enter all required comments and attachments and click Submit
RESULT: The request will be in an In Progress status and is awaiting processing
