What types of transactions can I find in Pending Approval?
The Pending Approval screen displays transactions with one the following statuses:
- Ready to Authorise
- Partially Authorised
- Ready to Check
- Repair
- Returned by Bank
- Authorise Failed
What type of instruments can I find in Current Instruments?
The Current Instruments screen displays instruments with a status of Active, Pending or Expired.
What type of instruments can I find in Past Instruments?
The Past Instruments screen displays instruments with a status of Cancelled, Closed, Deactivated or Paid.
How do I edit a transaction?
Apart from approving or sending a transaction for repair, you are unable to make any other direct changes to a transaction from Trade Finance in ANZ Transactive - Global. However, you can edit a transaction via ANZ Transactive Trade in one of four ways:
- Select a transaction, click Open with Transactive Trade on the Control Bar and edit the transaction from Transactive Trade
- Click on a transaction to display the Instrument Details screen, click Open with Transactive Trade on the Control Bar and edit the transaction from ANZ Transactive Trade
- Right click a transaction, select Open with Transactive Trade from the Context Menu and edit the transaction from ANZ Transactive Trade
- Open ANZ Transactive Trade from Applications and edit the transaction
How do I approve a transaction?
To approve a transaction, you can do one of the following:
- Click on Trade Finance > Pending Approval, select the transaction(s) to be approved by ticking the box on the left-hand side of the transaction and then click Approve on the Control Bar
- Click on Trade Finance > Pending Approval, right click on the transaction and click Approve on the Context Menu
- Select a transaction in the Trade Finance > Pending Approval screen to display the Instrument Detail screen and then click Approve on the Control Bar
You will only be able to approve transactions if you have approve entitlements.
Why can't I approve a transaction?
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to approve a transaction including:
- You do not have entitlements to approve the transaction
- The current status of the transaction does not allow it to be approved
- You have already approved the transaction
User entitlements can be viewed and modified in ANZ Transactive Trade.
How do I send a transaction for repair?
To send a transaction for repair, do one of the following:
- Click on Trade Finance > Pending Approval, select a transaction to be repaired by ticking the box on the left-hand side of the transaction and then click Repair on the Control Bar
- Click on Trade Finance > Pending Approval, right click on the transaction and click Repair on the Context Menu
- Select a transaction in the Trade Finance > Pending Approval screen to display the Instrument Detail screen and then click Repair on the Control Bar
You will only be able to repair transactions if you have repair entitlements.
Why can't I send a transaction for repair?
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to send a transaction for repair including:
- You do not have entitlements to send the transaction for repair
- The current status of the transaction does not allow for it to be sent for repair
- You have selected multiple transactions to be sent for repair and you can only send one transaction at a time for repair
User entitlements can be viewed and modified in ANZ Transactive Trade.
Why has a transaction not been processed?
Check the status of the transaction from the Pending Transaction screen for an indication as to why it has not been processed:
- Ready to Authorise: The transaction needs to be approved before it can be processed
- Partially Authorised: The transaction has not yet received all necessary approvals. It must be fully approved before it can be processed.
- Ready to Check: The transaction requires review from a checker
- Repair: The transaction has an error and needs to be corrected
- Returned by Bank: The bank has identified an error with the transaction and needs to be corrected
- Authorise Failed: The transaction has failed the approval process and requires further action
