About ANZ Managed vs Company Managed Users
ANZ Managed users are created by ANZ. A security device is considered mandatory for users who require permissions to the following functions:
- Full access users who perform administration tasks, i.e. are setup as a Company Administrator.
- View accounts or term deposits domiciled in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
- All payments and direct debit approvers in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam.
- Final payment and direct debit approvers in Australia and New Zealand.
- Get rate users for cross-currency transfers and international payments.
- Service Request approvers.
We recommend that all users use a security device for added security when accessing ANZ Transactive – Global.
eKYC Pilot customers can now create ANZ Managed users in the Create User menu. This functionality will become available to all Australian customers in the coming months.
Company Managed users are created and managed solely by your organisation administrators and can perform various tasks depending on the role that is assigned to the company managed user. As company managed users can only log in using a password, there are restrictions on what functions these users can perform.
