Foreign Exchange Reports

Geography: This article is applicable for ANZ Transactive Global customers banking in Australia and New Zealand.

Contract Summary Report

To generate a Contract Summary Report, follow the steps below:

STEP ACTION
1 Go to the Foreign Exchange > Current Contracts or Manage Contracts screen

Select the contract and click Reports > Contract Summary Report on the Control Bar. 

RESULT: The Contract Summary Report pop-up window is displayed:

3 Select the Report Format. Choose from CSV or PDF.
4 Select the Report Encoding. Choose from UTF-8 or Unicode.
5 The Report Language is English.
6 If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters.
7 If required, enter a Report Description up to 100 characters.

Click Ok.

RESULT: The report will be created and available in Downloads or in Report Centre > Download Reports.
Contract Advice Report
To generate a Contract Advice Report, follow the steps below:
STEP ACTION
1 Go to the Foreign Exchange > Current Contracts or Manage Contracts screen.

Select the contract and click Reports > Contract Advice Report on the Control Bar.

The Contract Advice Report is available as a PDF download.

RESULT: The PDF report will download to your browser.
Order Summary Report

To generate an Order Summary Report, follow the steps below:

STEP ACTION
1 Go to the Foreign Exchange > Current Orders or Manage Orders screen.

Select the order and click Reports > Order Summary Report on the Control Bar. 

RESULT: The Order Summary Report pop-up window is displayed:

3 Select the Report Format. Choose from CSV or PDF.
4 Select the Report Encoding. Choose from UTF-8 or Unicode.
5 The Report Language is English.
6 If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters.
7 If required, enter a Report Description up to 100 characters.

Click Ok.

RESULT: The report will be created and available in Downloads or in Report Centre > Download Reports.
Order Advice Report

To generate an Order Advice Summary Report, follow the steps below:

STEP ACTION
1 Go to the Foreign Exchange > Current Orders or Manage Orders screen

Select the order and click Reports > Order Advice Report on the Control Bar.

The Order Advice Report is available as a PDF download.

RESULT: The PDF report will download to your browser.
