To generate a Facility Summary Report , follow the steps below.

| 1 | Go to the Loans > Facility Summary screen
The report can also be generated from the Facility Summary Details and Report Profiles screens.

| 2 | Select one or more facilities and click Reports > Request Facility Summary on the Control Bar
RESULT: The Facility Summary Report pop-up window is displayed:

| 3 | Select a Report Format. Choose from CSV or PDF. |
| 4 | The Report Language is English |

If you have selected CSV format, you can select a Report Encoding from the drop-down list. Choose from:
File Encoding determines what data can be stored in the file. For example, ASCII can only store the basic set of English characters whereas UTF-8 can store every Unicode character.

| 6 | If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters |
| 7 | If required, enter a Report Description up to 100 characters |
| 8 | The report will Show Data For Yesterday |
| 9 | Click Submit
RESULT: The report will be created and available to download in Notifications or in Report Centre > Download Reports.
