About API Connectivity Changes
We are upgrading ANZ Fileactive API infrastructure to modernise the platform. These enhancements will deliver better performance, improved scalability, greater resilience, and ensuring a more reliable connectivity experience.
Customer action required
If you use Fileactive APIs, you must update your integration settings.
Impacted customers have been contacted by direct email with a high-level overview of the changes and instructions on commencing the required updates to the following settings:
- Authentication method
- Encryption settings
- API endpoints
- Error handling code structure
These changes require development and testing. Start your updates early to allow sufficient time to implement, test and deploy your changes before legacy API settings are withdrawn.

Access the ANZ Developer Portal
Visit the ANZ Developer Portal to complete your migration. You may need to create an account to access the Fileactive API migration guide, technical documentation and related support resources.

Transition status
- Sandbox testing is available
- Legacy and updated endpoints will operate in parallel during the transition
- Legacy API settings will be withdrawn after the transition period. This will occur no later than 31 December 2026
