About API Connectivity Changes
We are upgrading the ANZ Fileactive system to modernise our API infrastructure. These enhancements are designed to deliver better performance, improved scalability, and greater resilience, ensuring a more reliable experience for your payment processing needs.
If you currently use Fileactive APIs, action is required. You will need to update your authentication method and connectivity settings to align with the new standards. This change will help maintain secure and efficient integration with ANZ systems.
You are encouraged to make the changes prior to March 2026.

From 24 November 2024, impacted customers received an email notification with further details about the change.
To keep your API connection active, please update your integration settings, including:
- Authentication method
- Encryption configuration
- Endpoint URLs
