To reduce the risk of fraud, ANZ recommends you always review and update your beneficiary list and confirm beneficiary details when processing a payment.
About Beneficiaries screen
The Beneficiaries screen allows you to create and manage a list of your stored beneficiaries. The Beneficiaries grid provides information including, beneficiary name and account details, as well as the beneficiary bank information. The stored beneficiary can be added to payment instructions.
- Right-click on a row to display the Context Menu to Delete or Edit the beneficiary
- Click on a row to view the Beneficiary Details
Control Bar
CONTROL BAR ITEM | DESCRIPTION |

New | Click New to create a beneficiary. |
Actions | Use the Actions menu to edit or delete beneficiaries. |
Group | Group data on the screen by predefined criteria. |
Filter | Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records. |
Export | Export the records on screen into a CSV file. |
Refresh | Refresh the records on screen. |
Settings | Use Settings to save the View and Group selected. |
Columns
- To sort columns, click the column heading to reorder in ascending or descending order.
- To customise the column order, click the column then drag and drop to your preferred order
- To hide columns, right-click the column heading and untick the checkboxes next to the column name
- To reset columns, right-click any column heading, scroll down and click Reset Grid Columns
The application will remember these changes.
When using the Filter to search for beneficiaries, you may need to also use the arrow buttons at the bottom right of the screen to scroll through the additional pages. The Beneficiaries screen holds up to 1000 beneficiaries per page view.
Beneficiary Alert status indicates beneficiaries with both domestic and international clearing codes. These stored beneficiary types will no longer be supported and recommended that a separate beneficiary is created for each domestic and international payee.

Beneficiary alert status | Orange alert icon indicates that the Beneficiary has both domestic and international clearing codes. Red alert icon this indicates that the Beneficiary requires additional information. |

Beneficiary Details
To view beneficiary details from the Beneficiaries screen, select a beneficiary from the grid. Details of the beneficiary are displayed including any errors or alerts associated with the beneficiary.

The control bar items are determined by the status of the beneficiary and your user permissions.
