Manage Beneficiaries (Asia & Pacific) – ANZ Digital Services Help

Geography: This article is applicable for ANZ Transactive - Global customers banking in Pacific Islands, Laos, Taiwan and Indonesia.

To reduce the risk of fraud, ANZ recommends you always validate the beneficiary details including name, address and payment type information such as account number, email address, phone number, etc., before approving the beneficiary.

Delete Beneficiaries

This feature will only delete the beneficiary from your Beneficiaries list, and not from any templates or payments where the beneificiary is currently included. Please update your templates and payments to edit or remove the beneficiary.

To delete beneficiaries, follow the steps below:

STEP	ACTION
1	Click Asia & Pacific Payments > Beneficiaries menu.
2	Search and select beneficiary: Use Filter from the Control Bar and enter searchable criteria, or Sort columns by clicking the column heading to reorder column by ascending or descending order.
3	Use one of the following methods to delete the beneficiaries: Method 1: Right-click on the beneficiary and click Delete on the Context Menu Method 2: Select the beneficiary(s) and click Actions > Delete on the Control Bar Method 3: Click on the beneficiary to display the Beneficiary Details screen and then click Delete on the Control Bar
4	Click Yes, from the pop-up window to delete the beneficiary(s) from your Beneficiaries list. RESULT: The beneficiary is successfully deleted.

Edit Beneficiaries

This feature will only edit the beneficiary from your Beneficiaries list, and not from any templates or payments where the beneificiary is currently included. Please update your templates and payments to edit or remove the beneficiary.

To edit beneficiaries, follow the steps below:

STEP	ACTION
1	Click Asia & Pacific Payments > Beneficiaries menu.
2	Search and select beneficiary: Use Filter from the Control Bar and enter searchable criteria, or Sort columns by clicking the column heading to reorder column by ascending or descending order.
3	Use one of the following methods to edit a beneficiary: Method 1: Right-click on the beneficiary and click Edit on the Context Menu Method 2: Select the beneficiary and click Actions > Edit on the Control Bar Method 3: Click on the beneficiary to display the Beneficiary Details screen and then click Edit on the Control Bar
4	Edit the beneficiary details.
5	Click Save. RESULT: The beneficiary is successfully edited.

View Beneficiaries

To view beneficiaries, follow the steps below:

STEP	ACTION
1	Click Asia & Pacific Payments > Beneficiaries menu.
2	Search and select beneficiary: Use Filter from the Control Bar and enter searchable criteria, or Sort columns by clicking the column heading to reorder column by ascending or descending order.
3	Use one of the following methods to view the beneficiary: Method 1: Right-click on the beneficiary and click View on the Context Menu Method 2: Select the beneficiary(ies) and click Actions > View on the Control Bar Method 3: Click on the beneficiary to display the Beneficiary Details screen and then click View on the Control Bar
4	Click Close from the Control Bar to return to the Beneficiaries screen.
