About Periodic Payments screen
The Periodic Payments screen allows you to create and manage your periodic payment schedules for FPS (Hong Kong) and ACH (Singapore) payment types. The Periodic Payments grid provides information including the periodic payment name and description, status, schedule dates, beneficiary details and frequency.
- Right-click on a row to display the Context Menu where you can View, Approve, Reject or Delete a periodic payment.
- Click on a row to view the Periodic Domestic Payment screen.
- For periodic payment schedule statuses, read the Periodic Payment Schedule Statuses article.
Control Bar
CONTROL BAR ITEM | DESCRIPTION |

View | Change the View to All, Pending Approval, Active, Deleted or Requires Action |
New | Click New to create a periodic payment schedule. |
Approve | Approve a periodic payment schedule in a Pending Approval status. |
Reject | Reject a periodic payment schedule in a Pending Approval status. |
Actions | Use the Actions menu to perform an action on one or more selected periodic payment schedules: View, Approve, Reject or Delete. |
Group | Group data on the screen by predefined criteria. |
Filter | Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records. |
Export | Export the records on the screen into a CSV file. |
Refresh | Refresh the records on the screen. |

COLUMN | DESCRIPTION |

Last Modified Date | The date the periodic payment schedule was last modified. |
Periodic Payment Name | The periodic payment schedule name. |
Periodic Payment Description | The periodic payment schedule description. |
Status | The periodic payment schedule status. |
Next Schedule Date | The date the next payment instance will be created.
By default, the Value Date of the payment instance is equal to the Next Schedule Date. |
Last Schedule Date | The date the last periodic payment instance was created. |
Last Run Status | The status of the last time a periodic payment instance was created; Success or Rejected. |
Frequency | The frequency of the periodic payment.
Please note that Monthly is currently the only frequency available.

Beneficiary Account | If a batch only contains a single item, the Beneficiary Account will be displayed. If a batch contains multiple items, ‘Batch of n items” will be displayed. |

Payment Ccy | The currency of the Payment Account. |
Payment Amount | The amount to be debited from the Payment Account. |

Debit Account | The account number to be debited by the payment amount. |
Debit Account Name | The account name to be debited by the payment amount. |
Payment Type | FPS (Hong Kong) or ACH (Singapore). |
No. of Items | The number of payment instructions in the periodic payment schedule. |
Periodic Payment ID | The system generated Periodic Payment ID with PPY prefix. |
Division Name | The name of division under which the periodic payment schedule was created. |
Periodic Domestic Payment screen
To view periodic payment schedule details from the Periodic Payments screen, select a schedule from the list. Details of the periodic payment schedule are displayed including any errors or alerts associated with the periodic payment.
Periodic Domestic Payment Control Bar
The control bar items displayed are determined by the status of the periodic payment schedule and your user permissions.

Delete | Delete a periodic payment schedule that is in a Draft, Active, Pending Approval or Approver Rejected status. |
Approve | Approve a periodic payment schedule that is in a Pending Approval status. |
Reject | Reject a periodic payment schedule that is in a Pending Approval status. |
Close | Close the Periodic Domestic Payment screen and return to the Periodic Payments screen. |
