The Inward Mandates screen provides you with a list of all your mandates. The grid provides information including the ANZ Mandate ID, beneficiary details, status, frequency and amount.
- Right-click on a row to display the Context Menu where you can run a Mandate Status Report and View Audit History.
- Click on a row to view the Inward Mandate details screen.
- View Inward Mandate statuses.

| View | Change to View Inward Mandates in the following statuses: Current, Pending Approval, Cancelled/Expired. |
| Reports | Click Reports to request a Mandate Status Report for one or more selected mandates. |
| Group | Group data on the screen by predefined criteria. |
| Filter | Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records. |
| Export | Export the records on screen into a CSV file. |
| Refresh | Refresh the records on screen. |

| ANZ Mandate ID | A unique 11-digit Mandate ID. Provide this Mandate ID when making enquiries with ANZ. |
| Beneficiary Name | Beneficiary name. |
| Beneficiary Account | Beneficiary account number. |
| Mandate Currency | Currency of the mandate, either HKD or SGD. |
| Mandate Amount | Amount of the mandate. |
| Frequency | Frequency which payments will be initiated against this mandate. |
| Debit Account | Debit account number linked to the mandate. |
| Debit Account Name | Debit account name. |
| End-to-end ID | Mandate reference for interbank transactions.
