ANZ Transactive - Global
Customers can now access up to 5 years of e-Statements:

From 1 September, this capability will be extended, allowing customers to generate e-Statements for eligible Australian domiciled accounts for the past 5 years. This enhancement means users can view account balance and transaction data for up to 5 years going forward, providing greater visibility and convenience for historical account information.

From 1 September 2025, the Get Rate alert has been enhanced to include same-day cross-currency payments:
Previously, this alert only applied to future-dated payments. With this update, users will now receive notifications when same-day cross-currency payments require a Get Rate action for dynamic rate requests.
- Get Rate (Hong Kong and Singapore customers): Notifies users when cross-currency payments (same-day and future-dated) require a Get Rate action for dynamic rate requests.
- Insufficient Funds (Hong Kong, India, the Philippines, and Singapore customers): Notifies users when payments have failed due to insufficient funds. Once sufficient funds are available in the account, you can resubmit the payment prior to the cut-off time on the same value date, without requiring additional approvals.

From 8 September, nine additional fields in the Commercial Cards Account Activity screen in ANZ Transactive - Global:
- Billing Amount
- Billing Currency
- Transaction Amount
- Transaction Currency
- Merchant Category Code
- Overseas Transaction Fee
- ATM Operator Fee
- Estimated GST Amount
- Authorisation Code
These additional fields will also be reflected in the Cardholder Activity Report.

From 15 September 2025, ANZ Transactive – Global will introduce an updated outward narrative format for RTGS payments. This enhancement will include the Customer Reference to improve traceability and reconciliation. The new format will be structured as follows:
RTGS (4)+Payment ID (11)+Customer Reference (20)+Beneficiary Name (11)+UTR Reference (22)+Remittance Information (140)
Please ensure your systems are updated to accommodate this revised format.
From 15 September 2025, the following enhancements will be made to the Administration menu:
Jurisdiction Visibility
A new Primary Jurisdiction field has been added to the Division Settings, Division Details screens, and the Division Detailed Report, displaying the assigned jurisdiction(s) for each division.
KYC Requirements
Administrators need to have undertaken Know Your Customer (KYC) in each jurisdiction assigned to your organisation in ANZ Transactive - Global. Administrators who have not performed KYC will receive the following error message when attempting to perform an action in the Administration menu (except Reject action). Please contact ANZ for further assistance.
Payment Approval Workflow
New Authorisation Groups in Authorisation Panels are available:
- R (Releaser): Users assigned with a R(Releaser) Authorisation Group release payments to the bank for processing after the final approver has approved the payment.
- V (Verifier): Users assigned with a V(Verifier) Authorisation Group verify payment details before an approver approves the payment.

User Permissions
Administrators can now:
- Copy permissions from deleted users
- Delete users who have access to the following Markets applications:
- ANZ eMatching - AU
- ANZ eMatching - NZ
- ANZ FX Online
Singapore customers with FAST payments will automatically be provisioned with the PayNow domestic payment type in ANZ Transactive - Global.
PayNow allows you to transfer funds from your Singapore domiciled SGD account, to a beneficiary's account using an alias such as: Unique Entity Number (UEN), Virtual Payment Address (VPA), National Registration Identity Card / Foreign Identification Number (NRIC/FIN) or mobile number. Funds are credited to the beneficiary account in near real-time.
