The PayTo® hub menu in ANZ Transactive Global extends PayTo hub offering by using a dedicated, web-based interface to manage PayTo Agreements and related activities. This brings everything together in one place, so you can see what has been initiated, approved and completed, including all refund activity.
The self-service dashboard allows you to initiate refunds for the full or partial amount of the principal transaction.
Manage Refunds and approval process
If your organisation (Biller) needs to return funds of a PayTo payment, you can initiate the refund directly from the PayTo Hub menu.
Once the refund is created, a user with approval access and ANZ Digital Key can approve the refund and send to ANZ for processing.
Key things you need to know
- Must be an Australian customer
- Must use ANZ Digital Key to approve refunds
- Must have PayTo hub proposition through ANZ Fileactive
- Must have ANZ Transactive Global with PayTo hub enabled at a customer and user level
- Refunds require one to approve only
Who can use this feature
- User permissions include PayTo hub with access to all or selected accounts
- User role includes Initiate Refund with either all permissions or, view, manage, and approve
- Users with approval access and ANZ Digital Key
