PayTo® hub - Refund statuses
| PAYTO HUB STATUS | DESCRIPTION |
| Approved | The refund payment has been approved. |
| Bank Rejected | The refund payment has failed during processing, including if the beneficiary account being refunded, is closed. |
| Completed | The refund Payment has been successfully processed by ANZ. |
| Pending Approval | The refund payment has been initiated and is awaiting approval. |
| Processing | The refund payment has been approved and sent for processing to ANZ. |
| Rejected | The refund payment has been rejected. |
