User toolbar features at a glance
The User toolbar brings together personal settings, support resources, downloads and notifications in a single location. The User toolbar is available from the application banner in ANZ Transactive Global.

What’s included in the User toolbar
The User toolbar contains:
- Profile - personal settings, set current page as landing and Log out
- Support & training - System status (Status page), Help centre, Training (Webinars) and Contact support
- Downloads - access to downloaded and scheduled reports
- Inbox - system notifications and unread messages
What’s improved
The updated placement of the User toolbar helps by:
- Reducing the need to search across different areas of the screen
- Keeping commonly used tools in a single, easy‑to‑find location
- Aligning navigation patterns across ANZ Transactive Global
- Adding quick links to Status page and training webinars
What’s inside the User toolbar
Select a section below to learn more about each area.
Profile brings together your personal, session and notification preferences.
This includes:
- System preferences such as default division, language, date and time format, time zone, currency, and decimal and thousand separators
- Sign in & security information including Customer ID, User ID, user name, preferred name, masked email address, and log in activity
- Reports settings such as report retrieval code and file encoding preferences
- Notifications settings for Payments & Receivables, and Accounts
Some personal identification fields, such as User ID, user name and preferred name, are now displayed within Profile to view and manage.
These settings are available from one location within the application.

Support & training provides access to information and support resources.
This includes:
- System status - up-to-date information about the operation of ANZ Institutional systems and services
- Help centre - guidance articles, updates, important information, tutorials and frequently asked questions
- Training - registration for webinars and viewing previously recorded sessions
- Contact support - ANZ support options for reporting suspicious activity, obtaining help with digital channels, payments or transactions, or managing security devices
These options are available directly from the User toolbar.

The Downloads area provides access to downloaded reports and generated files.
This includes:
- Downloaded reports and files from across ANZ Transactive Global
- Search for downloaded files
- Options to select, delete and manage downloaded files

The Inbox contains notifications and unread messages.
This includes:
- System and service notifications
- A red counter showing unread messages
- Options to mark individual messages or all messages as read
- Sorting messages with newest or oldest displayed first

What you need to do
Most users do not need to take any action.
The default landing page is now the new dashboard. Any landing page preferences configured before the refresh are not carried across and will need to be set again after the refresh.

- Inbox notifications, including previously read and unread messages
