Accessing support and training
Use the Support & training menu in the User toolbar to access support resources. You can check system availability, access ANZ Digital Services Help, view and register for training webinars, and find contact details for ANZ Support.
System status
View updates on the status and availability of ANZ digital channels and services across ANZ's global network, including Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the Pacific, Europe, and the Americas.
You can use the Status Page to:
- View the current operational status of ANZ digital services
- Check for planned maintenance and service interruptions
- Stay informed about service availability and outages
- Subscribe to status notifications and updates

Help centre
Access ANZ Digital Services Help to find self-service support, instructional guides, videos, and information for ANZ digital channels.
