ANZ offers the following security device types for use with ANZ Transactive – Global:
TOKEN
|
ANZ DIGITAL KEY
|
Both security device types provide Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), which gives you an additional layer of security using a combination of something known (in the form of a password) and something you have (in the form of a security device). Security devices are not required for all users, but ANZ strongly recommends the use of a security device at all times.
For more information, refer to the Security Device User Guides
It is a requirement that security device approvers must have Know Your Customer (KYC) information registered with ANZ to approve payments and direct debits. For more information, please refer to Digital Services Security Features.
