ANZ 托管用户与公司托管用户
ANZ 托管用户由 ANZ 创建和/或拥有安全设备。管理员可以向这些用户分配客户托管角色，并能够从 2026 年 6 月中旬起修改用户详情。
公司托管用户由管理员创建，且仅使用密码登录。此类用户仅在澳大利亚和新西兰可用。
要检查用户是 ANZ 托管还是公司托管，您组织的管理员可以转到 用户管理屏幕，然后点击控制栏上的 查看 > 托管人。
用户角色
用户会被分配以下一个或多个角色类型：

用户身份验证
- 用户身份验证是根据国内的了解您的客户 (KYC) 要求完成的。
- 管理员必须为您运营的每个国家/地区完成 KYC 要求。
有权获得 ANZ 托管系统角色或执行以下任何功能的用户，必须通过其身份验证并需要安全设备：
- 香港、印度、印度尼西亚、菲律宾、新加坡、台湾和越南的所有付款和直接借记审批人。
- 澳大利亚和新西兰的最终付款和直接借记审批人。
- 跨货币转账和国际付款的获取汇率。
我们建议所有用户在访问 ANZ Transactive – Global 时使用安全设备以增强安全性。
