ANZ Managed 與 Company Managed 用戶
ANZ Managed 用戶由 ANZ 建立及/或擁有安全設備。管理員可以向這些用戶分配 Customer managed roles，並將能夠從 2026 年 6 月中旬起修改用戶詳細資訊。
Company Managed 用戶由管理員建立，且僅使用密碼登入。此類型的用戶僅在澳洲和紐西蘭提供。
若要檢查用戶是 ANZ Managed 還是 Company Managed，您組織的管理員可以前往 User Management 畫面，然後在控制列上按一下 View > Managed By。

用戶身分驗證
- 用戶身分驗證是根據當地的認識您的客戶 (KYC) 要求完成的。
- 管理員必須針對您營運的每個地理區域完成 KYC 要求。
有權使用 ANZ managed system role 或執行以下任何功能的用戶，必須驗證其身分並需要安全設備：
- 香港、印度、印尼、菲律賓、新加坡、台灣和越南的所有付款和直接扣款核准人。
- 澳洲和紐西蘭的最終付款和直接扣款核准人。
- 跨貨幣轉帳和國際付款的獲取匯率 (Get rate)。
我們建議所有用戶在存取 ANZ Transactive – Global 時使用安全設備，以增加安全性。
