ANZ Managed User (Security Device)
An email address and mobile number are required to be registered with ANZ to use this self-service option. To register your mobile number, please Contact Us.
Enter your new User ID and click New User Activation

Enter your email address and click Next, to request your verification code.
To activate your User ID, you need to have an email address and mobile number registered with ANZ.
RESULT: A verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Enter your verification code and click Next.
If you have not received your verification code or if it has expired, click 'Generate New Code' or contact ANZ if the problem persists.

Select at least two security questions from the drop-down list, enter the answers and click Next
RESULT: A temporary password has been sent to your registered mobile number. You will be prompted to change your password after log on.

Click Continue to complete your new User ID activation

Enter your User ID and click Submit

Enter your Temporary Password, New Password and Confirm New Password
Passwords must:
Contain at least eight (8) characters
Contain at least one (1) uppercase letter
Contain at least one (1) lowercase letter
Contain at least two (2) numbers
Not contain spaces or the following special character / combinations ; -- /* * / < >
Not contain your User ID
Not be the same as any of your previous 13 passwords

Click Save
RESULT: Your password has been changed.

RESULT: Your User ID has been successfully activated.

ANZ Digital Key
How to activate ANZ Digital Key
Before activating ANZ Digital Key, please ensure that:
ANZ Digital Key has been installed on your mobile device
ANZ Digital Key has been provisioned to your ANZ Transactive user profile. If you receive the error message: “The log on method you have selected is not available to you at this time.” when selecting ANZ Digital Key from the Log On Method screen, please contact the ANZ Customer Service Centre for assistance.
Follow the steps below to complete the one-time activation process:

Click ANZ Digital Key Activation on the Log On Method screen:
If you are logging into ANZ FX Online:
Log in with your User ID and Password
In the pop-up window, click Activate Now - go to step 5

Enter your password in the Verify Password screen and click Activate
RESULT: The Start Activation screen will be displayed.

Read and tick the declaration checkbox in the ANZ Digital Key Terms and Conditions and click Start.
For an optimal experience, ensure your device has the following settings for the ANZ Digital Key app before selecting Start:
Notification settings are turned on
Camera is allowed
RESULT: An SMS message containing the activation code will be sent to your registered mobile number and the Enter Activation Code and Scan QR Code screen is displayed on your laptop or desktop computer.

Open ANZ Digital Key on your mobile device. If prompted, tap Allow allowing ANZ Digital Key to send Notifications to your phone.
If you do not allow Notifications, you will have to scan a QR Code each time you logon and when you approve payments or direct debits. For a better user experience, it is recommended that you enable Notifications.

Tap Activate Now.

Tap Continue and enter the activation code received via SMS or email.

If prompted, tap OK to allow ANZ Digital Key to access the camera on your device and scan the QR Code displayed on the activation page.
If you are experiencing difficulties scanning the QR Code, please:
ensure the entire QR Code is visible before attempting to scan the QR Code (you may need to scroll down)
try moving your device closer or further away from your screen
adjust the brightness of your camera

Set a 6-digit PIN and confirm it by re-entering the PIN.

If your mobile device has Face ID or Fingerprint ID functionality, indicate whether you would like to use the existing registered Face ID or Fingerprint IDs stored on your device to access ANZ Digital Key.

Tap OK to complete the activation process and return to the ANZ Digital Key Activation page.
RESULT: A message will be displayed confirming that your activation has been successfully completed and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm your activation. The email will be sent from ANZ and may take a couple of minutes to be received.

Click Return to Log On Page on the ANZ Digital Key Activation page.
Token
How to unblock your Token
Your token will arrive blocked. Follow the instructions from your letter to activate your token. Your token will also become blocked if you enter your PIN incorrectly five times.
Click Unblock Token on the Log On screen
Enter your Password and click Continue
Enter the 10-digit serial number of the token and click Next
