Can I set reports to automatically run on the last business day of the month?
There is no option to automatically run reports on the last business day of the month. When you create a Scheduled Report, you need to select the Frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and which day of the month to generate the report (1-31). If you choose 29, 30, or 31, reports will only generate for the months with this number of days.
However, you can schedule a report for the Previous Month's data on the first calendar day of the month.

Can I share a Scheduled Report with a colleague?
From late October 2023, you can no longer share reports with other users in your organisation from the Report Centre menu. For users who have been upgraded to the new reports menus, you can use the Share This Report feature with others in your organisation.

Can I copy, delete or edit a report that is shared with me?
From July 2024, you can:
- Edit, copy and delete Shared reports
- Filter reports grid by My Reports or Shared Reports
- Create and manage all your account reports from the new menu

Can I set up multiple email addresses to receive reports?
No, the email address used is from your User Settings and Preferences and can only be one email address.
