Can I set reports to automatically run on the last business day of the month?
There is no option to automatically run reports on the last business day of the month. When you create a Scheduled Report, you need to select the Frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and which day of the month to generate the report (1-31). If you choose 29, 30, or 31, reports will only generate for the months with this number of days.
However, you can schedule a report for the Previous Month's data on the first calendar day of the month.

Can I share a Scheduled Report with a colleague?
From late October 2023, you can no longer share an Accounts or Commercial Cards Report Profiles with other users in your organisation. 'Share This Report' feature will also be removed from Payments, Receivables and Trade Finance in the following months. You also cannot share a Scheduled Report with others.

Can I copy, delete or edit a report that is shared with me?
You cannot copy, delete or edit a report that is shared with you. Only the user who created the report can copy, delete or edit the report. As a result, the 'Share This Report' feature will be removed from late October 2023 for Accounts and Commercial Cards Report Profiles, and Payments, Receivables and Trade Finance in the following months.

Can I set up multiple email addresses to receive reports?
No, the email address used is from your User Settings and Preferences and can only be one email address.
