Available to users who have been upgraded to the Account Reports menu.
Account Reports allows you to create, schedule, manage, share and email Balance and Transaction reports (BTR). You can run ad hoc Report Profiles, schedule reports to automatically run at a particular time and save reports for future use. Only scheduled and saved reports are displayed on the screen.
- Click on a row to view the View Report Profile screen
- Right-click on a row to Run, Edit, Copy or Delete a Report Profile
Control Bar

| View | Change the View to display My Reports and Shared Reports. |
| New | Click New to create a new Report Profile. |
| Edit | Edit a Report Profile. |
| Copy | Copy a Report Profile. |
| Delete | Delete a Report Profile. |
| Group | Group data on the screen by predefined criteria. |
| Filter | Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records. |
| Export | Export the records on screen into a CSV file. |
| Refresh | Refresh the records on screen. |
| Settings | Use Settings to save the View and Group selected. |

| Previous Run Date | Previous date and time the report was generated. |
| Next Run Date | For Scheduled Report Profiles, the next scheduled run date and time. |
| End Date | For Scheduled Report Profiles, the end date of the scheduled report. |
