Request a Balance & Transaction Report – ANZ Digital Services Help

Method 1: Right-click on the account(s) and click Reports &gt; Request report type on the Context Menu
Method 2: Click Reports on the Control Bar and Request report type
Method 3: Click on one account to display to Operating Account Details screen, then click Request a Report &gt; Request report type on the Control Bar

Geography: This article is applicable for ANZ Transactive - Global customers banking in all ANZ geographies, excl. Japan and South Korea. Full details are available in Features by Geography.

You can request a Balance & Transaction Report (BTR) from the Operating Accounts screen or Operating Account Details screen. These reports are run on an ad hoc basis and are not saved to the Account Reports screen. Please also refer to Create and schedule new Account Reports.

STEP	ACTION
1	Go to Accounts > Operating Accounts screen.
2	Select the account(s) from the grid and choose from one of the following methods to request a report. Method 1: Right-click on the account(s) and click Reports > Request report type on the Context Menu Method 2: Click Reports on the Control Bar and Request report type Method 3: Click on one account to display to Operating Account Details screen, then click Request a Report > Request report type on the Control Bar
3	Enter the following fields: Fields are dependent on report type and file type selected: File Type Generate with additional information - CSV and Statement Files only Group Transactions - PDF only Exclude Account Balance - PDF only Account Statement Header - PDF only Multilingual Narrative - BAI2, MultiCash and MT940 only Transaction Code - MT940 only Value Date Required - BAI2 only Include Trailer Record (99) in Total - BAI2 only Language Report Name Report Description Show Data For
4	Click Submit to generate the requested report.
