Request a Deposit Summary Report – ANZ Digital Services Help

Method 1: Right-click on the deposit(s) and click Reports &gt; Request Deposit Summary on the Context Menu
Method 2: Click Reports on the Control Bar and Request Deposit Summary
Method 3: Click on one deposit to display to Deposits screen, then click Request a Report &gt; Request Deposit Summary on the Control Bar

Geography: This article is applicable for ANZ Transactive - Global customers banking in all ANZ geographies, excl. APEA region. Full details are available in Features by Geography.

You can request a Deposit Report from the Deposits screen or Deposit Details screen. These reports are run on an ad hoc basis and are not saved to the Account Reports screen. Please also refer to Create and schedule Account Reports.

STEP	ACTION
1	Go to Accounts > Deposits screen.
2	Select the deposit(s) from the grid and choose from one of the following methods to request a report. Method 1: Right-click on the deposit(s) and click Reports > Request Deposit Summary on the Context Menu Method 2: Click Reports on the Control Bar and Request Deposit Summary Method 3: Click on one deposit to display to Deposits screen, then click Request a Report > Request Deposit Summary on the Control Bar
3	Enter the following fields: Fields are dependent on report format selected: Report Format: CSV, PDF or XLSX Report Language Report Encoding - CSV only Report Name Report Description Show Data For
4	Click Submit to generate the Deposit Summary report.
