If you have been upgraded to the new Account Reports menu, please download your Transaction Details Report from this menu.
You can request a Transaction Details Report from the Transaction Search or Operating Accounts Details screen. These reports are run on an ad hoc basis and are not saved to the Account Reports screen. Please also refer to Create and schedule Account Reports.
STEP | ACTION |
1 | Go to Accounts > Transaction Search screen.
Alternatively, go to Accounts > Operating Account screen (see Method 4) |
2 | Select the transaction(s) from the grid and choose from one of the following methods to request a report.

4 | Click Submit to generate the Transaction Details report. |
