To approve a transaction that is in a Ready to Authorise or Partially Authorised status, follow the steps below.
You must have the appropriate entitlements to approve transactions. The Approve button will be disabled if you do not have entitlements to approve transactions
Use Method 1 and 2 to approve several transactions at the same time

Go to the Guarantees & Standby LC's > Pending Approval screen

Click View > Transactions for My Approval from the Control Bar to view all payments Pending Approval. If required, you can further refine the transactions on screen by using Filter or Sort:
Use Filteron the Control Bar. Enter criteria into one or more textboxes that are under each column heading to display matching records.
Sortcolumns by clicking on the column heading. The column will reorder in ascending order. Click again to order in descending order.
RESULT: Transactions that you are entitled to approve will be displayed.

Use one of the following methods to display the Approve Transactions pop-up window:
Method 1: Select the transaction(s) and right-click on the transaction. Click Approve on the Context Menu
Method 2: Select the transaction(s) and click Approve on the Control Bar
Method 3: Click on the transaction in the list to display the Instrument Details screen and then click Approve on the Control Bar
RESULT: The Approve Transactions pop-up window is displayed.

Review the details of the transaction(s) in the Approve Transactions pop-up window
If the transaction requires a one-time password (OTP), a summary of the selected transaction(s) for approval will be displayed and you will be prompted to enter your security credentials for OTP:
If the transaction requires a signature, a summary of the selected transaction(s) for approval will be displayed and you will be prompted to enter your security credentials for signature:
If the transaction requires ADK approval via a push notification, a summary of the selected transaction(s) for approval will be displayed and you will be prompted to approve the transaction via your ANZ Digital Key app on your device:
If the transaction requires ADK approval via a scan of a QR code, a summary of the selected transaction(s) for approval will be displayed and you will be prompted to scan the QR code using your ANZ Digital Key app and camera on your device:

Click Approve
If the transaction requires two-factor authentication, follow the instructions provided, enter your security credentials and click Approve in the confirmation pop-up window
If the transaction requires ANZ Digital Key authentication, follow the instructions on your mobile device to approve
RESULT:
A confirmation message is displayed advising that the transaction(s) has been approved
If the transaction requires additional approvals, the status of the transaction will change to Partially Authorised and will remain in this status until all approvals are obtained
If this is the final approval, the status of the transaction will change to Authorised
If there is an error in the approval process, the status of the transaction will change to Authorise Failed
