The Guarantees & Standby LC's Reports screen displays a list of Report Profiles, including reports that are scheduled, and Generated Reports.
Report Profiles
Report Profiles allows you to set up, schedule and manage different types of reports to suit your needs. Reports can be run on an ad-hoc basis, scheduled to run at a particular time and saved for future use. Only saved reports are displayed on the screen.
- Click on a row to view the View Report Profile screen
- Right-click on a row to Run, Edit, Copy or Delete a Report Profile
Control Bar
NAME | DESCRIPTION |

View | Change the View to display Scheduled and Not Scheduled reports. |
New | Click New to create a new Report Profile. |
Edit | Edit a Report Profile. |
Copy | Copy a Report Profile. |
Delete | Delete a Report Profile. |
Group | Group data on the screen by predefined criteria. |
Filter | Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more textboxes that are under each column heading to display matching records. |
Export | Export the records on the screen into a CSV file. |
Refresh | Refresh the records on the screen. |
Settings | Use Settings to save the View and Group selected. |

Profile Name | Name of the Report Profile. |
Report Type | Type of report:

Frequency | For Scheduled Reports, the frequency of the report:

Previous Run Date | Previous date and time the report was generated. |
Next Run Date | For Scheduled Report Profiles, the next scheduled run date and time. |
End Date | For Scheduled Report Profiles, the end date of the scheduled report. |
Generated Reports
Generated Reports displays all reports that have been generated on an ad-hoc request or that were scheduled for download. You can download the reports as needed.
When a report is in a Ready for Download status, you can download the report using one of the following methods:
- Method 1: Right-click on the report(s) and click Download on the Context Menu
- Method 2: Select the report(s) and click Download on the Control Bar
- Method 3: Select the report and click Download File
If you have requested a report that contains a large amount of data, it may not be available straight away. Simply click Refresh to update the downloads that are available.

View | Change the View to display information for a different date range. You can only select a date to view that is less than 28 days as reports are held in the system for this length of time. |
Download | Download a selected report that is in a Ready for Download status. |
Delete | Delete one or more selected reports. |
