How can I view the Guarantees & Standby LC's menu?
If you are an ANZ-managed user with access to Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit, you can view the Guarantees & Standby LC's menu within ANZ Transactive – Global. These users are set up by the bank and have a registered email address and mobile phone number. Users can log on with their User ID and Password, or a security device such as an ANZ Digital Key or a physical Token.
How can I create a transaction?
To create a transaction, you will need to use ANZ Transactive Trade/APEA. This platform currently supports the creation of Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit (LCs), and other Trade Finance products.
Please refer to the following steps:
- Click Applications from the ANZ Transactive – Global menus
- Select ANZ Transactive Trade/APEA – this will open in a new browser window
- Click New Instrument to create your transaction
Why can't I approve a transaction?
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to approve a transaction, including:
- You do not have entitlements to approve the transaction
- The current status of the transaction does not allow it to be approved
- You have already approved/partially approved the transaction
User entitlements can be viewed in ANZ Transactive Trade.
Why can't I send a transaction for repair?
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to send a transaction for repair, including:
- You do not have entitlements to send the transaction for repair
- The current status of the transaction does not allow for it to be sent for repair
- You have selected multiple transactions to be sent for repair and you can only send one transaction at a time for repair
User entitlements can be viewed in ANZ Transactive Trade.
Why has a transaction not been processed?
Check the status of the transaction from the Pending Transaction screen for an indication as to why it has not been processed:
- Ready to Authorise: The transaction needs to be approved before it can be processed
- Partially Authorised: The transaction has not yet received all necessary approvals. It must be fully approved before it can be processed
- Ready to Check: The transaction requires review from a checker
- Repair: The transaction has an error and needs to be corrected
- Returned by Bank: The bank has identified an error with the transaction and needs to be corrected
- Authorise Failed: The transaction has failed the approval process and requires further action
