Commercial Card Roles – ANZ Digital Services Help

To help manage your Commercial Card requirements, users and cardholder entitlements, your organisation will appoint Commercial Card administrators. These administrators can add or remove some user permissions or manage Commercial Card related Service Requests. Roles that require a security device require a form to be submitted to ANZ for access.
Only one Commercial Cards role can be assigned to a user.

Commercial Cards User Administration

The following Commercial Cards User Administration role is available:

User Administrator*	Create and manage Company Managed Commercial Cards users Assign Reporting Officer and Authorised to Enquire roles Commercial Cards reporting for reconciliation purposes.	Administration	Australia: Complete the ANZ Account & Channel Self-Service Form - Australia Only (PDF) to provision the Commercial Cards role. New Zealand: Contact your ANZ representative to help provision the Commercial Cards role.

Commercial Cards Roles

The following Commercial Cards roles are available:

Identification Officer	View Service Requests Verify the identity of new cardholder requests. *Commercial Cards roles require a security device.
†An Authorised Signatory can only view and manage users with the same or fewer (of the same) billing accounts they can access.
