Role Details Report

About Role Details Report

Company Administrators can download the Role Details Report from the Role Management screen in a CSV format. The report includes the role name, description, type, status and permissions assigned to a role.

Download Role Details Report

To generate a Role Details Report for one or more roles, follow the steps below:

STEP ACTION
1 Click Administration > Role Management menu.
2 Search and select the role(s). Use one of the following methods:
  • Method 1: Use Filter from the Control Bar and enter searchable criteria, or
  • Method 2: Sort columns by clicking the column heading to reorder column by ascending or descending order.
3 Use one of the following methods to generate a report:
  • Method 1: Right-click on the role(s) and click Role Details Report on the Context Menu.
  • Method 2: Select the role(s) and click Reports > Role Details Report on the Control Bar.
  • Method 3: Click on the role in the list to display the Role Details screen and then click Reports > Role Details Report on the Control Bar. 
4 If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters.
5 From the Report Format drop-down list, select CSV.
6 Click Submit.
RESULT: Report will be generated and available on your screen.
