The Role Details Report includes the name, description, type, status and permissions assigned to a role. To generate a Role Details Report for one or more roles, follow the steps below:
Use Method 1 or 2 to generate a report for several roles. To select all roles, tick the box next to the first column in the header.

1 | Go to the Administration > Role Management screen |
2 | Locate the role(s) and use one of the following methods to generate a report:
To find a role, click Filter and enter a search string into one or more of the text fields that appear under the column headings.

3 | If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters |
4 | Choose a Report Format from the drop-down list. Choose from CSV or PDF. |
5 | Click Submit
RESULT: The report will be created and available in Administration > Download Reports.
