The Pending Approval screen provides you with a list of all your pending transactions that have not yet been sent for processing.
- Right-click on a row to display the Context Menu where you can Approve, Repair or open a transaction in ANZ Transactive Trade / APEA.
- Click on a row to view the Instrument Details screen.

Approve | Approve the selected transaction(s).
The button will only be enabled if the transaction is in a Ready to Authorise or Partially Authorised status and you have Approve entitlements.

The button will only be enabled if the transaction is in a Ready to Authorise, Partially Authorised, Ready to Check or Authorise Failed status and you have repair entitlements.

Past Instruments Search
Click the Search button on the Control Bar to display or hide the Search criteria fields. To complete any type of search, at least one search criteria must be entered. Each search field has different criteria that can be entered or selected from an existing list.
- String values: Performs a Like search
- List values (such as Status): Performs an Equal search
- Date values: Choose from Specific Date, Date Range, Greater Than or Equal To, Less Than or Equal To
- Amount values: Choose from Equal To, Greater Than or Equal To, Less Than or Equal To, Between
To complete a search, follow the steps below.

Searches on fields that are left blank, will return all available data for that field.

RESULT: A list of matching instruments are displayed. Click on an instrument to view the Instrument Details screen.
Click Reset to clear the search criteria and results.
Click Save to save the search criteria. After you have named your search, the search will be available from the View menu. |

Instrument Details
To view the details of an instrument, you can do one of the following:
- Select a transaction from the Pending Approval screen
- Select an instrument from the Current Instruments screen
- Select an instrument from the Past Instrument screen
The Instrument Details screen consists of three main sections:
- Instrument Summary - Displays key instrument information that applies to all transactions associated with the instrument. The information displayed varies depending on the instrument type
- Transaction List - Lists the transactions associated with the instrument. For each transaction listed, the following information is displayed:
- Transaction Type
- Transaction Status
- Transaction Date
- Transaction Currency
- Transaction Amount
- Transaction Details - Displays the details of the selected transaction from the Transaction List. The information displayed varies depending on the transaction type.
