Approve Trade Finance Transaction
To approve a transaction that is in a Ready to Authorise or Partially Authorised status, follow the steps below.
- You can also approve transactions via the Trade Approvals content in your Workspace
- You must have the appropriate entitlements to approve transactions. The Approve button will be disabled if you do not have entitlements to approve transactions
- Use Method 1 and 2 to approve several transactions at the same time

1 | Go to the Trade Finance > Pending Approval screen |
2 | Click View > Transactions for My Approval from the Control Bar to view all payments Pending Approval. If required, you can further refine the transactions on screen by using Filter or Sort:
RESULT: Transactions that you are entitled to approve will be displayed.

3 | Use one of the following methods to display the Approve Transactions pop-up window:
RESULT: The Approve Transactions pop-up window is displayed.

4 | Review the details of the transaction(s) in the Approve Transactions pop-up window:

5 | Click Approve

Edit Trade Finance Transaction
To edit a trade transaction that is in a Ready to Authorise or Partially Authorised status, follow the steps below.
- You must have the appropriate entitlements to edit transactions
- You can only edit a transaction in ANZ Transactive Trade
STEP | ACTION |

1 | Go to the Trade Finance > Pending Approval screen |
2 | Use one of the following methods to Edit a transaction in Transactive Trade:
RESULT: A new tab will open and will display the transaction to edit in Transactive Trade / APEA.

3 | Click Edit |
4 | Edit the transaction as required, then click Verify Data
RESULT: The transaction will be in a Ready to Authorise status.
You can authorise the transaction after this step or in ANZ Transactive - Global.

5 | Click Return to My Bank Portal
RESULT: The Transactive Trade tab will close and you will be presented with the ANZ Transactive - Global screen

6 | Click Refresh on the Control Bar to update the details on the screen |
NEXT: Approve Transaction
Repair Trade Finance Transaction
To send a transaction for repair that is in a Ready to Authorise, Partially Authorised, Ready to Check or Authorise Failed status, follow the steps below.
- You can also repair transactions via the Trade Approvals content in your Workspace
- You must have the appropriate entitlements to send a transaction for repair. The Repair button will be disabled if you do not have entitlements to send a transaction for repair.
- You can only send transactions for repair, one at a time.

2 | Use one of the following methods to display the Repair Transaction pop-up window:
RESULT: The Repair Transaction pop-up window is displayed.

3 | Review the details of the transaction in the Repair Transaction pop-up window:

4 | Enter a Repair Reason for the transaction
RESULT: The Submit button will be enabled.

5 | If required, select recipients from the Send Email Notification list who you would like to notify that the transaction has been sent for repair |
6 | Click Submit
RESULT: A confirmation message is displayed advising that the transaction has been requested to be repaired and the transaction status changes to Repair.
To view the repair details or edit the transaction, go to ANZ Transactive - Trade.
