From the Scheduled Reports screen you can setup and manage reports that you would like to run or have emailed to you at regular intervals.
- The email address used is taken from your user profile information. For information on how to change your email address, please refer to the General FAQs.
- To access the report you must set up a Report Retrieval Code (password) in Settings & Preferences
- Click on a row to view the Scheduled Reports Details Screen
- Right-click on a row to Edit or Delete a Scheduled Report
Control Bar
NAME | DESCRIPTION |

New | Click New to create a new Scheduled Report. |
Actions | Click Actions to Edit or Delete a Scheduled Report. |
Group | Group data on the screen by predefined criteria. |
Filter | Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records. |
Export | Export the records on screen into a CSV file. |
Refresh | Refresh the records on screen. |
Settings | Use Settings to save the View and Group selected. |

COLUMN | DESCRIPTION |

Schedule Name | Name of scheduled report. |
Report Type | Type of report, e.g. Account Statement, Balance Summary. For more information on the types of reports that are available, refer to the Overview article. |
Status | Status of the scheduled report, e.g. Active or Inactive. |
Frequency | Frequency of the scheduled report. |
Last Run Date | Last date the report was generated. |
Next Run Date | Next date the report will be generated. |
Start Date | Date the scheduled report started. |
End Date | Date the scheduled report will end. |
Report Profile | An indicator to show if there is a Report Profile created from the Scheduled Report. |
