From the Scheduled Reports screen you can setup and manage reports that you would like to run or have emailed to you at regular intervals.
- The email address used is taken from your user profile information. For information on how to change your email address, please refer to the General FAQs.
- To access the report you must set up a Report Retrieval Code (password) in Settings & Preferences
- Click on a row to view the Scheduled Reports Details Screen
- Right-click on a row to Edit or Delete a Scheduled Report
|New||Click New to create a new Scheduled Report.|
|Actions||Click Actions to Edit or Delete a Scheduled Report.|
|Group||Group data on the screen by predefined criteria.|
|Filter||Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records.|
|Export||Export the records on screen into a CSV file.|
|Refresh||Refresh the records on screen.|
|Settings||Use Settings to save the View and Group selected.|

|Schedule Name||Name of scheduled report.|
|Report Type||Type of report, e.g. Account Statement, Balance Summary. For more information on the types of reports that are available, refer to the Overview article.|
|Status||Status of the scheduled report, e.g. Active or Inactive.|
|Frequency||Frequency of the scheduled report.|
|Last Run Date||Last date the report was generated.|
|Next Run Date||Next date the report will be generated.|
|Start Date||Date the scheduled report started.|
|End Date||Date the scheduled report will end.|
|Report Profile||An indicator to show if there is a Report Profile created from the Scheduled Report.|
