The Report Profiles screen allows you to setup, manage and share with other users different types of reports to suit your needs. Reports can be run on an ad hoc basis, scheduled to run at a particular time and saved for future use.
- Click on a row to view the Report Profiles Details Screen
- Right-click on a row to Run, View, Edit or Delete a Report Profile
- There are four default reports that are available:
- Daily Account Statement Report (shows data for yesterday)
- Monthly Account Statement Report (shows data for last month)
- Daily Account Summary Report (shows data for yesterday)
- Monthly Balance Summary Report (shows data for last month)

NAME | DESCRIPTION |

View | Change the View to display reports you have created or shared reports. |
New | Click New to create a new Report Profile. |
Actions | Click Actions to Run, View, Edit or Delete a Report Profile. |
Group | Group data on the screen by predefined criteria. |
Filter | Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records. |
Export | Export the records on screen into a CSV file. |
Refresh | Refresh the records on screen. |
Settings | Use Settings to save the View and Group selected. |

COLUMN | DESCRIPTION |

Report Name | Name of the report. |
Report Type | Type of report, e.g. Account Statement, Balance Summary. For more information on the types of reports that are available, refer to the Overview article. |
Report Description | Description of the report. |
Shared | Indicates if the report is shared. |
Shared By | Indicates the user who shared the report. |
Schedules | Indicates the number of associated scheduled reports that have been created for the report profile. |
