The Report Profiles screen allows you to setup and manage multiple reports to suit your needs. Reports can be run on an ad hoc basis, scheduled to run at a particular time and saved for future use.
- Click on a row to view the Report Profiles Details Screen
- Right-click on a row to Run, View, Edit or Delete a Report Profile
|View||Change the View to display reports you have created.|
|New||Click New to create a new Report Profile.|
|Actions||Click Actions to Run, View, Edit or Delete a Report Profile.|
|Group||Group data on the screen by predefined criteria.|
|Filter||Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records.|
|Export||Export the records on screen into a CSV file.|
|Refresh||Refresh the records on screen.|
|Settings||Use Settings to save the View and Group selected.|

|Report Name||Name of the report.|
|Report Type||Type of report, e.g., Beneficiary Advice, Payment Detail Report, Template Summary Report. For more information on the types of reports that are available, please refer to Reports Overview.|
|Report Description||Description of the report.|
|Schedules||Indicates the number of associated scheduled reports that have been created for the report profile.|
