The Report Profiles screen allows you to setup and manage multiple reports to suit your needs. Reports can be run on an ad hoc basis, scheduled to run at a particular time and saved for future use.
- Click on a row to view the Report Profiles Details Screen
- Right-click on a row to Run, View, Edit or Delete a Report Profile
Control Bar
NAME | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
View | Change the View to display reports you have created. |
New | Click New to create a new Report Profile. |
Actions | Click Actions to Run, View, Edit or Delete a Report Profile. |
Group | Group data on the screen by predefined criteria. |
Filter | Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records. |
Export | Export the records on screen into a CSV file. |
Refresh | Refresh the records on screen. |
Settings | Use Settings to save the View and Group selected. |

Report Name | Name of the report. |
Report Type | Type of report, e.g., Beneficiary Advice, Payment Detail Report, Template Summary Report. For more information on the types of reports that are available, please refer to Reports Overview. |
Report Description | Description of the report. |
Schedules | Indicates the number of associated scheduled reports that have been created for the report profile. |
