Create Report Profile – ANZ Digital Services Help

To create a new Report Profile from the Report Profiles Screen, follow the steps below:

1	Click New on the Control Bar
2	Select a Report Group from the drop-down list. Choose from: All (default) Payments Receivables You will only see options if you have entitlements to the product. For more information on the types of reports that are available, please refer to Reports Overview.
3	Complete the Report Information and Report Filters for the relevant Report Type as detailed below: Loan Report Facility Summary Report Select Facility Summary Report from the Report Type drop-down list Select a Report Format from the drop-down list. Choose from CSV or PDF. The Report Language is English If you have selected CSV format, you can select a Report Encoding from the drop-down list. Choose from: UTF-8 US-ASCII File Encoding determines what data can be stored in the file. For example, ASCII can only store the basic set of English characters whereas UTF-8 can store every Unicode character. If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters If required, enter a Report Description up to 100 characters Tick the Schedule checkbox to schedule the report to be run at a particular day and time The report will Show Data For Yesterday Payment Reports Beneficiary Advice Select Beneficiary Advice from the Report Type drop-down list Select PDF from the Report Format drop-down list The Report Language is English The Report Encoding is Unicode (UTF-8) If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters If required, enter a Report Description up to 100 characters Tick the Schedule checkbox to schedule the report to be run at a particular day and time Select a data range from the Show Data For (Value Date) drop-down list. 4	If you have selected to Schedule your report, complete the Schedule Information: Enter a Schedule Name for the report Select a Time Zone for the report schedule from the drop-down list This will automatically default to the Time Zone setup in your Settings & Preferences. Select the Schedule Period from the calendar. Your start date can be any date from the current date onwards. Select the report Frequency. Choose from: Daily Weekly Monthly Choose a Run On option if you have selected a Weekly or Monthly frequency. Select your preferred day of the week or day of the month from the drop-down list. Choose a Run Time to have the report generated at a particular time of the day. Select an hour from the Hours drop-down list and minutes from the Minutes drop-down list. If you require a report for today, ensure Run Time is not in the past. Tick Deliver by Email to have the report delivered to your registered email address The email address used is taken from your user profile information. To access the report you must set up a Report Retrieval Code (password) in Settings & Preferences
5	Click Run to run the Report Profile or Save to make the Report Profile available for future use: RESULT: The report will be created and available to download in Notifications or in Report Centre > Download Reports.
