About Alias Management statuses
As you create, update, or deregister an Alias, it moves through a series of workflow statuses that reflect the actions taken and any approvals required. Each status provides visibility into the current stage of the process and helps you track progress or identify next steps. The tables below explain each Alias status and workflow status in detail.
Alias Status
| ALIAS STATUS | DESCRIPTION |
|---|---|
| Active | An Alias is active and ready to use. |
| Deregistered | An Alias is deregistered and can no longer be used. |
Alias Workflow Status

| Approved | A create or deregister Alias request has been approved. |
| Approver Rejected | A create or deregister Alias request has been rejected. |
| Pending Approval - Create | A new Alias request is pending approval. |
| Pending Approval - Deregister | A request to deregister an Alias is pending approval. |
