What permissions does a user need to view the Alias Management menu?
To access the Alias Management menu, the user’s role must have Alias Management enabled under Receivables in the Role Management permissions screen. Company administrators can update user roles and permissions settings by editing a Cash Management role and granting access to one or more accounts for Alias Management.

Where is the Alias Name derived from?
The Alias Name is the legal entity name of the account that is linked to the Alias ID.
What happens if the account legal entity name is updated?
Changes to the account's legal entity name will not be automatically updated on the Alias ID. To reflect the updated name, the existing Alias ID must be deregistered and re-created.
