Mobile Features

Based on your entitlements in ANZ Transactive – Global, the following menu options will be available:

• Notifications: View news, announcements and service notifications
• Accounts: View real-time account balances including current and prior day account transactions
• Deposits: View the status of term deposits you have access to
• Commercial Cards: View Commercial Cards billing entities, card and transaction details
• Loans: View loan facility details, pricing information, facility borrowers interest cycles and fees
• Approvals: View your payments, direct debits and trade transactions pending approval
• Rates: Get a dynamic FX rate for your approved payments
• History: View the status of payments, (including International Payment Tracking) and trade transactions for up to 30 days
• Contact Us: Use the Contact Us feature to speak with an ANZ Representative, or retrieve our customer service contact numbers for enquiries
• Settings: Manage and update your user preferences, including enabling/disabling your biometric credentials to access the app

Within the Accounts menu, you can access your account balances and transactions.

1. Set and order your Favourite Accounts. Once you have set your Favourite Accounts, you will not see other accounts in your accounts screen by default. You will be able to switch between viewing your Favourite Accounts and All Accounts.
2. Search through your list of accounts. You can search using any of the labels on the screen such as the Account Name, Currency, BSB & Account Number, Current Balance amount and Available Funds.
3. View the list of your accounts with real-time account balances.
4. View current and prior day transactions by tapping on the account.

Within the Deposits menu, you can view the status of term deposits you have access to.

1. Search through your list of term deposits. You can search using any of the labels on the screen, such as the Name, Account Number, Principle Amount or Maturity Date.
2. View your list of term deposits. By default, your first login will show Outstanding term deposits. Tap on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the app to change to an Outstanding, Rolled Over or Matured term deposits view.
3. Tap on a term deposit to view the details. You can toggle between the Summary view for key term deposit details or History view for historical and accrued details up to 30 days.

Within the Commercial Cards menu, you can view billing entity, card and transaction details.

1. Tap on a billing entity to view connected cards
2. Tap on a card to view funds balances, limits and spend caps
3. Tap on a transaction to view details including transaction value dates, post dates and Merchant Category Codes (MCC)
4. Search through your list of payments that are categorised in Details, Outstanding and Declined transaction screens. You can search using labels such as merchant name, MCC, transaction amount, value date and card number.

Within the Loans menu, you can view loan facility details, pricing information, facility borrowers interest cycles and fees.

1. Tap on a loan facility to view the details.
2. Tap Summary to view the loan amounts, dates, pricing options and facility borrowers.
3. Tap Loans to view the loans in the facility.
4. Tap Fees to view Line fees and the current cycles.

Within the Approvals screen, you can view, approve or reject Payments, Direct Debits and Trade transactions in a Pending Approval status.

1. Search through your list of payments or trade instruments pending approval. You can search using any of the labels on the screen such as the Payment Day, Date, Amount, Type and Name.
2. View your list of transactions pending approval.
3. Tap on a transaction to view the details including the detailed summary, beneficiaries and audit trail. You can also approve and reject transactions from the Payment Details screen.
4. Tick one or more transactions to approve. ANZ recommends approving no more than 25 transactions at any one time.
5. Tap Approve
6. Tap Yes from the Approve Confirmation pop-up screen
7. Follow the instructions below for your preferred approval method:

Within the Rates screen, you can obtain a dynamic FX rate for cross-currency payments funded from an AU or NZ domiciled account.

1. Search through your list of payments pending FX rates. You can search using any of the labels on the screen such as the Payment Day, Date, Amount, Type, Currency Pairing and Name.
2. View your list of payments pending FX rates.
3. Tap on a payment to view the payment details.
4. Tap Get Rate. You will need to provide a one time passcode using your security device or ANZ Digital Key the first time you get a rate.
5. Follow the instructions below for your preferred approval method:

1. Search through your list of approved payments, direct debits or trade instruments. You can search using any of the labels on the screen such as the Payment Day, Date, Amount, Type, Status and Name. By default, this screen shows up to seven days of transactions which can be changed to up to 30 days using the Advanced Search option.
2. Perform an Advanced Search to find one or more transactions. You may modify your search using different criteria such as Payment Type, Payment Status and Value Date (up to 30 days).
3. View your list of approved transactions. By default, this screen shows up to seven days of transaction history.
4. Tap on a transaction to view the details including the detailed summary, beneficiaries, International Payment Tracking and audit trail.

Track your successfully processed international payments end-to-end journey via SWIFT GPI in near real-time. You can view the Instructing Bank, Intermediary Bank and Beneficiary Bank details, Cumulative Deductions, processing durations, and timestamp when the payment was credited to the beneficiary.

1. Go to the History (History: Payments – AU/NZ) menu
2. Filter payments by Type = International and Status = Completed
3. Click on payment to view details and go to Beneficiaries
4. Click on Beneficiary to view details and click Payment Tracking

Within the Contact Us menu, Australia users can select from one of five options to contact an ANZ Representative.

1. Tap Contact Us.
2. Choose Australia from the drop-down list.
3. Tap one of the five options.
4. Tap Call to contact an ANZ Representative with your One-Time phone number and passcode. You will be automatically identified and verified.

Users in New Zealand and other regions can access Global digital service support for contact details in your area.

1. Tap Contact Us.
2. Choose New Zealand or Other Regions from the drop-down list.
3. Tap View list of global contacts.
4. Select your region and call or email the contact details for your enquiry.

Android users will have a similar experience.
