Based on your entitlements in ANZ Transactive – Global, the following menu options will be available:

Within the Notifications menu, you can view news, announcements and service notifications.

Within the Accounts menu, you can access your account balances and transactions.

Within the Deposits menu, you can view the status of term deposits you have access to.
|
Within the Commercial Cards menu, you can view billing entity, card and transaction details.

Within the Loans menu, you can view loan facility details, pricing information, facility borrowers interest cycles and fees.

AU Domestic payments and direct debits submitted to ANZ for processing between 6pm to 7:30pm Melb/Syd time will incur a Late Lodgement fee.
Within the Approvals screen, you can view, approve or reject Payments, Direct Debits and Trade transactions in a Pending Approval status.

- Tap Enter Signature Code (SIG)
- Unlock your token security device and enter your PIN

Within the Rates screen, you can obtain a dynamic FX rate for cross-currency payments funded from an AU or NZ domiciled account.

- Tap Enter One Time Password (OTP)
- Unlock your token security device and enter your PIN
- Press 1 to generate your OTP
- Enter your OTP on your mobile device
- Tap Accept to accept the rate
- Tap Access Additional Features, then tap Open
- Tap OK from the Info pop-up window
- Log into ANZ Digital Key using your preferred identification method; Face ID, Fingerprint or PIN
- Tap Accept from the summary screen
- Tap Accept to accept the rate
Within the History screen, you can view the status of Payments (including International Payment Tracking), Direct Debits and Trade transactions that have been processed.

Track your successfully processed international payments end-to-end journey via SWIFT GPI in near real-time. You can view the Instructing Bank, Intermediary Bank and Beneficiary Bank details, Cumulative Deductions, processing durations, and timestamp when the payment was credited to the beneficiary.

Within the Contact Us menu, Australia users can select from one of five options to contact an ANZ Representative.
Users in New Zealand and other regions can access Global digital service support for contact details in your area.
