The ANZ Transactive – Global mobile app is compatible with:
- iPhone® mobile devices running iOS version 9 or later
- Android mobile devices running version 6.0 (Lollipop) or later
Currently the app supports up to 500 accounts. You can also set your favourite accounts to view the most important accounts to you upon opening the app.
Yes, you are able to set and order your Favourite Accounts so that only your favourite accounts are shown when you log in. This is done using the "Reorder Accounts" button on the top right corner of the Accounts screen.
We strongly recommend that you ensure you save only your Face ID/Touch ID/Biometric credentials on any device you register for ANZ Transactive – Global Mobile as Face ID/Touch ID/Biometric credentials saved on your device can be used to access and transact on ANZ Transactive – Global Mobile.
