Do I need special permissions to use the app?
No, if you have access to any of the features available in ANZ Transactive - Global in your web browser, you will be able to download and use the mobile app.

Can I use ANZ Digital Key on the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app?
Yes.
Can I approve multiple payments, direct debits and/or trade transactions at once on the mobile app?
Yes, you can select multiple payments, direct debitsand/or trade instruments from the Approvals list and then approve them together.
Will the app be compatible with my device?
The ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app is compatible with:
iPhone® mobile devices running iOS version 13 or later
Android mobile devices running version 9.0 (Lollipop) or later
Currently, the app supports up to 500 accounts. You can also set your favourite accounts to view the most important accounts to you upon opening the app.
I have too many accounts, can I only see my favourite accounts?
Yes, you can set, order and display your Favourite Accounts when you log in by using the "Reorder Accounts" button on the top right corner of the Accounts screen.
Can I have more than one person’s biometric credentials stored on my mobile device?
We strongly recommend only saving your credentials on any device you register for ANZ Transactive - Global mobile, as your credentials can be used to access and transact on ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app.
What security device will be enabled on my mobile app?
The Two-Factor Authentication section in Settings > Security details what type of security device the mobile app is expecting.
When you logon to the mobile app, the settings in Two-Factor Authentication may change based on the types of security devices you have activated:
If you have activated ANZ Digital Key, then ANZ Digital Key will be enabled
If you have activated your token but you have not activated ANZ Digital Key, then Token will be enabled
If you do not have an activated token or ANZ Digital Key, then neither ANZ Digital Key or Token will be enabled
If you change the setting from ANZ Digital Key to Token, then the mobile app will expect a token for Two-Factor Authentication activities the next time you login.
I am being asked to approve a payment using ANZ Digital Key but would prefer to use my token. How can I change this setting?
Go to Settings > Security and enable Token in the Two-Factor Authentication section. The next time you login, the app will ask for your token Signature when approving a payment.
Can I view my loan facility in the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app?
Yes, if you have Loans in ANZ Transactive - Global then you can also view your loan facility summary, loan details and fee cycles in the mobile app. If you do not have access to Loans in ANZ Transactive - Global, please contact your ANZ representative.
Can I view International Payment Tracking statuses in the ANZ Transactive -Global mobile app?
Yes, you can now track your successful processed international payment end-to-end journey via SWIFT GPI in near real-time from your ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app. From the History menu, access the processed international payment Beneficiary Details to view the Instructing Bank, Intermediary Bank and Beneficiary Bank details, Cumulative Deductions, processing durations and timestamp when the payment was credited to the beneficiary.
Is there a report that displays users who have approved payments/direct debits in the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app?
Yes, an Administrator can run the User Activity Report in a CSV format and add the Payment Management function. In the CSV file, filter the Service column by "Transactive Global: Mobile" to see payment activities.
