ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app† is available for download from the official Apple App* Store and official Google Play^ Store.
This app provides you with the ability to:
- View news, announcements and service notifications
- View real-time account balances
- View current and prior day account transactions
- View transaction details, including funding and beneficiary details, amounts, value date and audit history
- View term deposits, including current and historical views
- View Commercial Cards billing entities, card and transaction details
- View loan facilities, including loan summary details, interest cycles and fees
- Approve and reject transactions
- Obtain a dynamic exchange (FX)
- View the status of Payments (including International Payment Tracking) and Trade transactions for up to 30 days
- Use biometric technology to access the app via Touch/Face ID for iOS and Fingerprint recognition for Android
- Use the Contact Us menu to speak with an ANZ Representative, or retrieve our customer service contact numbers for enquiries
- View News & Analysis including competitive insights and economic commentary

Biometric Credentials uses your stored Touch/Face ID for iOS and Fingerprint recognition for Android, replacing the need to enter your User ID and Password to access the app.
Please note that two-factor authentication is still required for transaction signing (i.e. approvals).
To enable Biometric Credentials on your ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app, follow the steps below:

| 3 | Enable Biometrics and tap OK from the pop-up window |

Enter your password.
RESULT: The next time you log into the app, you will log in using your biometrics instead of your User ID and Password.

To disable Biometric Credentials on your ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app, follow the steps below:

| 3 | Disable Face ID and then tap OK from the pop-up window |

Enter your password.
RESULT: The next time you log into the app, you will log in using your User ID and Password instead of your biometrics.

If you have both an ANZ Digital Key and Token registered, you have the option to alternate the security device used for log in.
Please note: this will only be applicable for the current log in. Your next log in will revert to the security device nominated in Settings. Users with only one registered security device will not be given the option to alternate security devices for log in.
If you have Token as your designated log in method, but would like to temporarily use ANZ Digital Key, follow the steps below:

If you have ANZ Digital Key as your designated log in method, but would like to temporarily use Token, follow the steps below:
