Yes. You can use ANZ Digital Key after you have activated the app on your mobile advice.
Can I approve multiple payments, direct debits and/or trade transactions at once on the mobile app?
Yes, you can select multiple payments, direct debits and/or trade instruments from the Approvals list and then approve them together.
Will the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app be compatible with my device?
The ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app is compatible with:
iPhone® mobile devices running iOS version 13 or later
Android mobile devices running version 9.0 (Lollipop) or later
Currently, the app supports up to 500 accounts. You can also set your favourite accounts to view the most important accounts to you upon opening the app.
Can I customise the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app to only see my favourite accounts?
Yes, you can set, order and display your Favourite Accounts when you log in by using the "Reorder Accounts" button on the top right corner of the Accounts screen.
Can I have more than one person’s biometric credentials stored on my mobile device?
We strongly recommend only saving your credentials on any device you register for ANZ Transactive - Global mobile, as your credentials can be used to access and transact on ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app.
What security device will be enabled on my mobile app?
The device you use to log into the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app will be the device enabled on the app.
How can I change my payment and transaction approval settings from ANZ Digital Key to Token?
You can't alternate between security devices within an active session. Payments approvals are enacted with the security device used to log in to the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app.
Can I view my loan facility in the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app?
Yes, if you have Loans in ANZ Transactive - Global then you can also view your loan facility summary, loan details and fee cycles in the mobile app. If you do not have access to Loans in ANZ Transactive - Global, please contact your ANZ representative.
Can I view International Payment Tracking statuses in the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app?
Yes, you can now track your successful processed international payment end-to-end journey via SWIFT GPI in near real-time from your ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app. From the History menu, access the processed international payment Beneficiary Details to view the Instructing Bank, Intermediary Bank and Beneficiary Bank details, Cumulative Deductions, processing durations and timestamp when the payment was credited to the beneficiary.
What report lists users who have approved transactions in the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app?
Yes, an Administrator can run the User Activity Report in a CSV format and add the Payment Management function. In the CSV file, filter the Service column by "Transactive Global: Mobile" to see payment activities.
Can I view and approve BI Fast or eTax payments in the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app?
Yes, the payment type for these payments in the mobile app will be displayed as 'payment'.
Can I have multiple active ANZ Transactive - Global sessions across devices?
No. When attempting to log in to ANZ Transactive - Global mobile with an existing session open on another device, you will be given the option to continue with the log in (which will log you out of other devices) or to cancel and keep the active session logged in.
