About Past Payments screen
The Asia & Pacific Payments Past Payments screen allows you to perform a search for payments that are in a Cancelled, Closed, File Upload Rejected, Partially Rejected Payment or Rejected Payment status. Using single or multiple search criteria(s), you can locate one to many payments that meet the searchable elements. You can also save your commonly used search criteria for frequent usage.
You can view and action payments from this screen using the following methods:
- Right-click on a row to display the Context Menu where you can Copy, Create Template or Open a payment in Transactive Trade / APEA.
- Click on a row to view the Payment details screen.
- View Payment Statuses.

View | Select the View to display search options:

Open with Transactive Trade / APEA | Open the selected payment in Transactive Trade / APEA in a new tab without the need for you to login again. |
Actions | Use the Actions menu to Copy or Create Template from a selected payment. |
Search | Click Search to display or hide the Advanced Search criteria fields. |
Group | Group data on the screen by predefined criteria. |
Filter | Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more textboxes that are under each column heading to display matching records. |
Export | Export the records on the screen into a CSV file. |
Refresh | Refresh the records on the screen. |
Settings | Use Settings to save the View and Group selected or access Toggle Accessible Grid. |
Past Instruments Search
Click the Search button on the Control Bar to display or hide the Search criteria fields. To complete any type of search, at least one search criteria must be entered. Each search field has different criteria that can be entered or selected from an existing list.
- String values: Performs a Like search
- List values (such as Status): Performs an Equal search
- Date values: Choose from Specific Date, Date Range, Greater Than or Equal To, Less Than or Equal To
- Amount values: Choose from Equal To, Greater Than or Equal To, Less Than or Equal To, Between
To complete a search, follow the steps below.

Searches on fields that are left blank, will return all available data for that field.

2 | Click Search
RESULT: A list of matching payments is displayed. Click on a payment to view the Payment Details screen.
Click Reset to clear the search criteria and results.
Click Save to save the search criteria. After you have named your search, the search will be available from the View menu. |

COLUMN | DESCRIPTION |

Payment ID | The system generated Payment ID. |
Debit Account | The account number used to fund the payment. |
Debit CCY | The currency that the funds were debited in. |
Debit Amount | The amount that was debited to fund the payment. |
Payment Currency | The currency that the funds were credited in. |
Payment Amount | The amount that was paid. |
Execution Date | The date on which the payment was processed. |
Payment Type | The Payment Type: Account Transfer, Domestic Payment, International Payment, Cheque Payment. |
Instrument Status | The status of the payment. |
FX Rate | The FX Rate used for cross-currency payments. If Individual Debits was selected, Multiple will be displayed. |
Beneficiary Count | The number of beneficiaries in the payment. For Transfer Between Accounts, the count will be '0'. |
Payment Method | The Payment Method: RTGS, ACH, Book Transfer, etc. |
Beneficiary Name | For a single payment, the Beneficiary Name will be displayed. For a batch payment, ‘Multiple Beneficiaries' will be displayed. |
Division | The name of the division under which the payment was made. |
Ordering Party | The name of the debit party. |
Payment Reference | For a single payment, your payment reference will be displayed. For a batch payment, ‘Multiple References' will be displayed. |
