How can I view the Asia & Pacific Payments menu?
To view the Asia & Pacific Payments menu in ANZ Transactive - Global, you are required to logon with either ANZ Digital Key or a physical Token, and your existing ANZ Transactive APEA user credentials.
What jurisdictions does Asia & Pacific Payments cover?
Payments are processed for the following jurisdictions:
Asia: Japan and Laos
Pacific: Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor Leste, Tonga, Vanuatu, including Papua New Guinea

How do I create a new Asia & Pacific payment?
- For initiators with a security device of either ANZ Digital Key or a physical Token, please refer to Create Asia & Pacific Payments
- For initiators without a security device, please access ANZ Transactive APEA from the Applications menu. This opens ANZ Transactive APEA in a new browser window, then click New Instrument to create your payment.
- Access to create a payment will be based on your user entitlements in ANZ Transactive APEA
- All other Asia & Pacific jurisdictions will have access to create payments in ANZ Transactive - Global in the coming months
Where can I find my saved beneficiaries in the Asia & Pacific Payments menu?
Currently, you create and manage your address book parties in ANZ Transactive APEA, and can be accessed via the Applications menu. Your saved beneficiaries will move to ANZ Transactive - Global in the coming year.
How do I download my balance and transaction (BTR) account statement reports?
For users with eligible reporting access in Papua New Guinea and Fiji, please refer to Create Scheduled Reports.
For all other Asia & Pacific jurisdictions, please access ANZ Transactive APEA from the Applications menu, then click Reports.
Please refer to Asia & Pacific Payments Reports to schedule, download and email payments in the grid from the Approve Payments, Current Payments and Past Payments screens.

Can a new beneficiary be added to a payment template in ANZ Transactive - Global?
Yes, however they will not be added to the address book. For new beneficiaries to be added to the address book they will need to be created in ANZ Transactive APEA and will immediately flow though to ANZ Transactive - Global.
Can changes be made to existing payment Templates?
Changes can be made to existing templates, however changes to debit account or payment type cannot be made via edit.
Does a new or edited template require approval?
No approval required for new templates created.
I can’t see templates menu.
Users with ANZ Transactive APEA entitlements and Cash Management access will be granted this new function. Note: View only access will not be granted this permission.
