Payments
To view the details of an Asia & Pacific Domestic, International or Cheque payment, you can do one of the following:
- Select a payment from the Approve Payments screen
- Select a payment from the Current Payments screen
- Select a payment from the Past Payments screen
- Select a payment from the File Import Summary screen
The Payment details screen consists of seven main sections:
- Payment ID - Displays payment information including Payment ID, Execution Date, Total Payment Amount and the Status. The information displayed, varies depending on the payment type.
- From - Displays the Division name, debit currency, debit account name, debit account number and debit account owner.
- Payment Method - Displays the Payment Method: RTGS, ACH, Cross Border FT, Book Transfer, etc.
- Payment Details - Displays the Ordering Party Name, Execution Date, Payment Currency & Amount, Confidential indicator, and Individual Debit indicator. The information displayed, varies depending on the payment type.

Beneficiary Details - Displays the Beneficiary summary including, Beneficiary Name, Account Payment Reference, individual Beneficiary Amount, Total Number of Items and Total Payment Amount.
- Beneficiary Payment Details - Displayed individual beneficiary details including, Beneficiary Instruction ID, Beneficiary Name, Address and Account, Payment Currency & Amount, Execution Date, who Charges are for, and Beneficiary Bank details.
- FX Details - If required, displays the Rate Type, Rate, Max Spot Rate Amount for carded rates, and Contract ID for Contract deals.
- Transaction Documents - If required, displays the attached supporting documentation
Payment Control Bar
The control bar items displayed, are determined by the status of the payment and your user permissions.

Approve |
Approve the selected payment.
The button will only be enabled if the payment is in a Pending Approval or Partially Approved status and you have Approve entitlements.

Repair | Send the selected payment for Repair.
The button will only be enabled if the payment is in a Pending Approval, Partially Approved, Ready to Check or Approval Failed status and you have Repair entitlements.

Refresh | Refresh the details on the screen. |
Close | Close the Payment screen and return to the previous screen. |
Account Transfer
To view the details of an Asia & Pacific Account Transfer, you can do one of the following:
- Select Account Transfer from the Approve Payments screen
- Select Account Transfer from the Current Payments screen
- Select Account Transfer from the Past Payments screen
The Account Transfer screen consists of six main sections:
- Payment ID - Displays Account Transfer information including Payment ID, Execution Date, Total Payment Amount and the Status.
- From - Displays the Division name, debit currency, debit account name, debit account number, debit account owner and debit amount.
- To - Displays the Division name, credit currency, credit account name, credit account number, credit account owner and credit amount.
- Payment Details - Displays the Execution Date, Payment Currency & Amount, Debit Currency & Amount, Statement Narrative, and Confidential indicator.
- FX Details - If required, displays the Rate Type, Rate, Max Spot Rate Amount for carded rates, and Contract ID for Contract deals.
- Transaction Documents - If required, displays the attached supporting documentation
Account Transfer Control Bar
The control bar items displayed, are determined by the status of the Account Transfer payment and your user permissions.
