About Asia & Pacific Payments Reports screen
Asia & Pacific Payments Reports screen allows you to create, schedule, manage, and email payment type reports. You can run ad hoc Report Profiles, schedule reports to automatically run at a particular time and save reports for future use. Only scheduled and saved reports are displayed on the screen.
- Click on a row to view the View Report Profile screen
- Right-click on a row to Run, Edit, Copy or Delete a Report Profile
Report Profiles
Report Profiles allows you to set up, schedule and manage different types of reports.
Control Bar
| NAME | DESCRIPTION |

| View | Change the View to display Scheduled and Not Scheduled reports. |
| New | Click New to create a new Report Profile. |
| Edit | Edit a Report Profile. |
| Copy | Copy a Report Profile. |
| Delete | Delete a Report Profile. |
| Group | Group data on the screen by predefined criteria. |
| Filter | Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more textboxes that are under each column heading to display matching records. |
| Export | Export the records on the screen into a CSV file. |
| Refresh | Refresh the records on the screen. |
| Settings | Use Settings to save the View and Group selected. |

| Previous Run Date | Previous date and time the report was generated. |
| Next Run Date | For Scheduled Report Profiles, the next scheduled run date and time. |
| End Date | For Scheduled Report Profiles, the end date of the scheduled report. |
