To reduce the risk of fraud, ANZ recommends using the Beneficiaries menu to store your beneficiary information and periodically validating the list using the Beneficiary Audit Report.

About Beneficiaries
The Beneficiaries menu in ANZ Transactive - Global allows you to create and manage your frequently used outward payment beneficiaries (also known as payees or address book parties). The beneficiary details include the beneficiary's name, address and email, and the beneficiary bank details including the payment method, currency and account. Once saved, the beneficiary can be added to your payment instruction.
Create Beneficiary
To create a beneficiary from the Beneficiaries menu, follow the steps below:

1 | Click Asia & Payments > Beneficiaries. |
2 | Click New on the Control Bar. |
3 | If required, select the Division the beneficiary will be saved to. If you are entitled to more than one division, you can set a default division for future beneficiaries. |
4 | Select Beneficiary Bank Country or Region. |

The following fields will be based on the Beneficiary Bank Country or Region selected.
Select Payment Method. Choose from:

6 | Click Search, to search and select the Beneficiary Bank SWIFT code. |
7 | Enter Account Number/IBAN. |
8 | Select Currency. |
9 | Enter Beneficiary Name.

10 | If required, enter beneficiary Email Address(es) up to 50 characters separated by a comma (,). |
11 | Select beneficiary Country or Region. |
12 | Enter Beneficiary Address up to 35 characters per line and City. For international beneficiaries, address line 1 and city is mandatory. |
13 | Click Save.
RESULT: Beneficiary is now ready to be used when creating a payment.

When the beneficiary has been successfully created, the next steps can be:
- Create a Payment using a beneficiary stored in the Beneficiaries menu or,
- Manage Beneficiaries to delete, edit, or view.
