About CBFT Cash Withdrawal Templates

What is a CBFT Cash Withdrawal Template?

A Cross Border Funds Transfer (CBFT) Cash Withdrawal Template allows you to transfer funds from your Indonesia domiciled account registered to ANZ Transactive – Global, to a predefined 'PT Bank ANZ Indonesia' beneficiary bank account in Indonesia. The nominated recipient is required to provide photo identification and if required, other supporting documentation to collect the cash from the nominated CIMB Niaga Bank branch.
Once successfully created, you can use the preconfigured template to create your payment instructions.

Payment Method Rules for CBFT Cash Withdrawal Templates

  • Payment Currency must be USD
  • Beneficiary name must be selected as PT Bank ANZ Indonesia
  • Payment Reference must state Cash Withdrawal
  • Charges must be Ours
  • Remittance Information must include specific information as per step instructions
  • Non-fixed payment templates: When creating a payment from a template, some fields cannot be edited, including the division, bank/branch, debit account and payment method.
  • Fixed payment templates: When creating a payment from a fixed template, additional fields will be restricted if 'Allow Modifications' checkbox has not been selected, including the amount, details of payment and invoice details.
  • Individual Debits indicator will be enabled for selection when two or more beneficiaries have been added to the payment template.
  • Payment instructions within a template are not considered mandatory, as additional information can be added at time of payment, including payment amount, additional information, etc.

Who can create a CBFT Cash Withdrawal Template?

  • Eligible users with Initiator and account access can create and manage an International Payment template based on your organisation's predetermined user permissions and payment settings. These role permissions can include:
    • Initiator
    • Initiate/Authorise
    • Full Access

Create a CBFT Cash Withdrawal Template

There are multiple ways you can create a CBFT Cash Withdrawal template from the Asia & Pacific Payments menu. Choose from the following options:

  1. Click Templates > New (see step-by-step instructions below)
  2. Click Approve Payments > select payment > Actions > Create Template
  3. Click Current Payments > select payment > Actions > Create Template
  4. Click Past Payments > select payment > Actions > Create Template

To create a CBFT Cash Withdrawal payment template, follow the steps below:

STEP ACTION
1 Click Asia & Pacific Payments > Templates menu.
2 Click New on the Control Bar.
3 Click International Payment Template.
4 Enter a Template Name up to 70 characters. This will become the Template Name when you create a payment from the template.
5 If required, select Template Group.
6 If required, select the Fixed Payment Template checkbox to restrict fields from being edited when creating the payment.
7 If required, select the Division the payment will be made from.
If you are entitled to more than one division, you can set a default division for future payments.
The Bank/Branch field will prepopulate from the Division selected.
8 Select the Debit Account.
The Ordering Party Name and Alternative Ordering Party Name will prepopulate based on the debit account selected.
9 If required, select the Payment Currency, as USD, if different from the debit account currency.
Refer to Processing & cut-off times for list of available payment currencies.
The net Payment Amount will be populated when the Beneficiary amount(s) are entered.
10 If required, select Individual Debits to display a separate debit entry for every credit on your account statement report.

To reduce the risk of fraud, ANZ recommends you always confirm beneficiary details when processing a payment.
Click Add to add one or more beneficiarys:
Search and select the predefined PT Bank ANZ Indonesia beneficiary from the Beneficiary Name field, then proceed to next steps. If required, click Add again to add additional beneficiaries.
12 Enter 'Cash Withdrawal' in the Payment Reference field.
13 Enter the Beneficiary payment Amount.
14 If required, click Details icon to view and update additional beneficiary information. Fields available:

If required for Fixed Templates, select Allow Modification to be made at time of payment.
3 Select Charges:
  • Ours - you pay all transfer charges, and the beneficiary receives the full amount of the payment.
4 Select Beneficiary Type. Choose from:

8 Enter Remittance Information up to 140 characters and will appear on the Beneficiary Advice and Payment Details Report.
If required for Fixed Templates, select Allow Modification to be made at time of payment.
Cash Withdrawal details must include the following information:
  • Details of Payment: Cash withdrawal at CIMB Niaga Bank <enter branch name>
  • Cash withdrawal date: <enter next business date>
  • Authorised Photo ID: <enter beneficiary name>, <enter beneficiary ID number>
9 If required, enter Invoice Details up to 80 x 60 lines and will appear on the Beneficiary Advice and Payment Details Report.
If required for Fixed Templates, select Allow Modification to be made at time of payment.
10 Click Save.
15 If required, repeat above steps to add each beneficiary to the template.
16 Click Save.
17 Click Close to return to the Templates screen.
