Can I view the Direct Debits menu?
To view the Direct Debits menu in ANZ Transactive - Global, your organisation must be provisioned with this feature. In addition, your user profile must be entitled to the account and Direct Debits feature.
Can I view a list of my Direct Debit mandates?
From the Create Direct Debit screen, use the Select Mandate drop-down list to view your current Direct Debit mandates. Click on the page icon to view additional mandate details including, Payer Account Name, Payer Account Number, Payer Bank Name, Payer Bank Code, Payer Address, Payer Country, and Mandate Description.
Can I upload a Direct Debit file?
No. Singapore Direct Debits can only be processed in the web application from the Payments menu and choosing the Direct Debit tile.

Can I create or use a Direct Debit template?
No. Singapore Direct Debits can only be processed in the web application by creating a manual direct debit or copying from an existing Direct Debit.
