About NPP Agency Portal Access
As part of our commitment to enhanced security, we are updating access to the ANZ NPP Agency Portal to align with ANZ’s latest security standards.
To strengthen protection, new User IDs and passwords will be issued to all existing impacted users. This ensures your account benefits from updated authentication processes.
New user credentials: existing users will receive a new User ID and password.
Please ensure you use the updated credentials and URL from the effective date to maintain uninterrupted access.

From December 2025, impacted customers received an email notification with further details about the change.
From 26 February 2026, you will receive an email from ANZ Digital Security containing your new login details. Please follow the instructions in that email to complete the update within the specified timeframe. This will include:
Logging in with your new credentials
Updating any saved bookmarks
Once you receive your new credentials, you will need to log in using the updated portal URL https://agency.online.anz.com/ and update any saved bookmarks.
Please ensure you use the updated credentials and URL from the effective date to maintain uninterrupted access.
