PayTo® hub - Refunds menu
The Refunds menu allows you to view a list of your PayTo hub refunds, including those pending approval within the last two years. When clicking on the transaction, you can view the full details of the original transaction, including refund details before being approved or rejected.
Control Bar
| CONTROL BAR ITEM | DESCRIPTION |
| Group | Group data on the screen by predefined criteria. |
| Filter | Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes under each column heading to display matching records. |
| Export | Export the records on screen into a .csv file. |
| Refresh | Refresh the records on screen. |
| Settings |
Use Settings to turn on or off the Toggle Accessible Grid. Turn on this setting to interact with the grid using a keyboard to support your preferred screen reader. You can use keyboard buttons such as tab, space, or enter to move to the next row, screen, or action button. |

| COLUMN | DESCRIPTION |
| Refund ID | Unique refund ID |
| Debit Account | The account number used to refund the payment. |
| Beneficiary Name | Beneficiary name of the PayTo refund. |
| Creation Date | The date the refund was created. |
| Refund Amount | The amount being refunded. |
| Created By | User ID of the person who created the refund. |
| Approver | User ID of the person who approved or rejected the refund. |
| Last Updated Time | The date and time the last action was performed on the refund. |
| Status | The status of the refund. |
